Gigapros is good at what it does, it's not overpriced claptrap, unlike many web hosts available in the market and bog standard shared hosts.
The only issue I have is with the hardware replacements, but I rather think it's more they do what most hosts don't and actually tell you when things are going wrong.
The site has always powered my social networking site with ease, no matter how much burst in traffic i get, it still runs very fast.
All in all, gigapros is unique, fun, responsible and interacts with the customer.

I'd been with this hosting company for about 1 year after a HORRIBLE experience with a previous hos.Even though PacificHost have millions of customers and were still able to offer a personal service and were very quick to respond to issues. The hosting was ridiculously cheap too. If I ever went over my limit I could easily upgrade to a higher package and to be honest.Their hosts are really reliable and powerful.Uptime was not an issue at any times.It is easy for them to react to problems and fix them and were a few times when they were down and it took only a while to get them back up again. I never encountered any downtime more than 10 minutes. I think the packages and plans will remain the same, so if you are interested in very cheap, hosting they are certainly worth a look.

I purchased hosting plan 2 months before but still yet I did not face any problem but when I was at old host, I was getting everyday downtime, FTP issue but mytruehost is very good host provider and I will purchase more account from mytruehost...
