Gigapros is good at what it does, it's not overpriced claptrap, unlike many web hosts available in the market and bog standard shared hosts.
The only issue I have is with the hardware replacements, but I rather think it's more they do what most hosts don't and actually tell you when things are going wrong.
The site has always powered my social networking site with ease, no matter how much burst in traffic i get, it still runs very fast.
All in all, gigapros is unique, fun, responsible and interacts with the customer.

I'd like to share my experience dealing with gigapros web host.. This host seems to be geared towards the professional web designer, but they were still friendly and helpful to a novice such as myself. No hidden fees or surprises, very reliable service.

I've been using Gigapros for over 8 months and I've only had minor issues with them.
I must say I've saved good money and the hosting has been rock solid, fast, and as I've had no issues with service can only say when I caused an htaccess error due to some sloppy ftp handling and brought down all sites - they got back to me in no time and politely informed me of cause of issue and quick fix.

OK, I'm not long with Gigapros. As long as they keep up the current level of service, I don't think I'll ever use another low-cost shared host ever again. One of the best hostings I've had the chance to test. Incredibly cheap, especially for all they offer (huge webspace, unlimited parked domains and MySQL databases...). You often receive an answer a couple of minutes after you submited your question. I never had any problems with them, other than occasional downtime (always less than a few minutes).

I'm hosting two websites at Gigapros and I have never had a problem.
Support is a genuine 24/7 and responses are always within a few minutes, often with a full solution. More complicated issues take a few hours but the solution arrives.
Advice is often forthcoming on site issues where other companies would simply report "no problems on the server, it must be something in your web site". The company seems to recognize that putting in a little extra effort pays dividends in terms of keeping the customer satisfied and thereby keeping the customer.

I have NEVER had such a high level of support from a company before. These guys bend over backwards and go out of their way to assits.
The response times are lightning fast (the longest I have had to wait for a response to a ticked question was just over 1 hour - which is more than acceptable, seeing as other bigger companies can take 7-14 days to reply). The only reason I have contacted support is due to questions about setting things up (and not due to server issues, as I have not found any yet).

Excellent pricing for a lot of room and features, nice control panel with a load of features.
