My charitable organization is using Sibername as our ISP for several years already. I really like the way their support team deals with website technical problems - they are very quick and up to the point.

I have used Sibername since beginning to buy names and have had consistently good customer service from them that is both quick and efficient. Recently after suggesting a client over to them, there was a specialty dns setup that needed to be performed. It was done for free and issue resolved within an hour of sending an email to support.

Sometimes I have to make sites for people who have already signed on with a hosting service. I've decided not to take these jobs any more. It's just trouble and frustration-- the others just don't compare with Sibername, which is all I will use these days. Sibername's base package has everything you need for a full web site. The service is excellent, the support is speedy, and the price is right. Another thing I really like: when they are doing big server upgrades or migrations, THEY TELL YOU IN ADVANCE. Problems are inevitable with this kind of work, and I appreciate knowing that any weirdness happening is not my fault.

I'm fairly experienced at website design and community building. I needed a web host that would be able to support my RPG site. I looked around for quite a while and though Sibername wasn't the cheapest, according to their reviews their quality was outstanding. And it is! Not only did technical support help me setup my forums within ten(!) minutes of me writing them, but they also accept Interac (Canadian Instant Debit) which is a HUGE plus. They are so easy to host with and extremely polite and helpful, I don't think I will ever be switching hosts. Hosting with Sibername is worth every penny.

As I have been using sibername for more than four months, I have made up my mind to drop a line about them. Their services are unmatched, all works perfectly well. There are no downtime on their servers or any other outages. Support is online any time you contact them. I'm fond of them and recommend them to everybody.

I am with sibername for not really a big term, but I think of becoming their fan for long time.

The host's reliability is much higher than their price, which I cannot call cheap, but still this host is worth of every charged penny and is highly professional in their support.

I have almost forgotten what does the word downtime means, and any trouble I may have are solved in minutes.
